Bethanchowk Village Community Homestay is located at Dhungkharka, Bethanchowk Rural Municipality of Kavrepalanchowk District. The Long Himalyan Gaurishankar range can be seen from Dhungkharka. This place is potential to connect with already practiced short circuit trekking such as Dhungkharka-Narayanthan, Dhulikhel-Kavre-Namobuddha-Sankhu-Panauti-Banepa. Agriculture is the Primary Occupation and the Village produces 15000 Litres of Milk everyday. Its highest Peak is Narayansthan, which is 3021m above Sea level which is the highest altitude in the Dstrict and also the highest point of the Mahabharat range. From this point Mount Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Ganesh, Jugal and 100 more Himalayans along with Hills, Mahabharat range, Chure Mountain, Open space of Terai and Bihar in India can be observed.

There are two Hill Caves and Narayansthan Cave considered as a mysterious in its depth even today. People can enter upto 200 meter and coin used to measure the depth of this Cave. Similarly, the Dhungkhel forest occupies 200 different species of Herbs and Shrubs and at least one flower decorates the forest in each time. The six different kinds of Rhododendrons decorate the forest in the winter season. The upper part of this place is covered by snow. Which can be best precious place for all internal and external tourists. The wild animals and birds like Deer, Boar, Kasturi, Munal, Lophophorous, Peacock etc. can be seen in the forest. Many places can be promoted as a Mountain Hiking, Rock Climbing and Paragliding as well. The Village is occupied by more than 65% Tamang Communities.
